If something is still not right, you have three routes. All of them start with one message: <a href=\"mailto:kontakt@vibesgoods.com\">kontakt@vibesgoods.com<\/a> (order number + a short description + a photo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Return without giving a reason (14 days)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. An e-mail is enough, or the <a href=\"\/en\/regulamin_sklepu\/\">form from Appendix 1 to the Shop Terms<\/a>. Send the product back within 14 days to: ABdesign Adrian Bielas, ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 42\/12, 40-039 Katowice, Poland. You cover the cost of return shipping; we do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. We refund the money (together with the cost of delivery to you) within 14 days of receiving your statement, by the same method you paid with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may try the product on. If it has been worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refunded amount by the loss in value. Personalised products (made from your own graphic or text) cannot be returned; catalogue products, where you choose the design, size and colour, can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Size exchange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The size does not fit? Write to us within 14 days. We will print a new piece in the size you choose and send it once we receive the return. Formally this is a withdrawal plus a new order, but we handle it in a single message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Complaint (non-conformity with the contract)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery. Submit a complaint by e-mail or in writing to: ABdesign Adrian Bielas, ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 42\/12, 40-039 Katowice, Poland. We review it within 14 days. You may request a repair or a replacement; we cover the costs, including collection and delivery (we send a return label). A price reduction or withdrawal from the contract applies in the cases described in Par. 4 of the Shop Terms. Natural wear and the effects of care that does not follow the instructions are not a defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">30-day quality guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regardless of the above, every product is covered by the 30-day Vibes Goods quality guarantee (fabric, print, finish).
