30-day Vibes Goods quality guarantee

Every Vibes Goods product is covered by a quality guarantee for 30 days from the day of delivery. The guarantee covers the quality of the fabric, the print and the finish.

How to report it
Write to kontakt@vibesgoods.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Give the order number, describe what falls short of what you expected and attach a photo. We reply within 2 working days.

What we do
We repair it, replace it with a new piece or refund your money. Under the guarantee Vibes Goods covers the cost of return shipping (we send a return label).

What the guarantee does not cover
Natural wear, the effects of use and care that does not follow the instructions on the product page. With every wash DTG and DTF prints gently soften in sheen and melt into the fabric; that is a feature of the technique, not a defect.

Your rights
The guarantee does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights arising from the rules on the seller's liability for non-conformity of the goods with the contract (2 years). The guarantee is not a right to return without giving a reason; for that you have 14 days from receipt, in line with Par. 5 of the Shop Terms.
